Only one application per heating season will be required for each household, UNLESS the case was originally denied or when the household has transferred from another county. The revised information will be noted in the case narrative or on SFN 530, "Eligibility and Benefit Worksheet," used to recompute the benefit level. The changes in information will be submitted to the computer on the "Change Household Data" screen.
